  1. Have you accepted the Verkada account invite that was emailed to you? (be sure to check your spam folder) It’s very important that you DO NOT create a new Verkada account. We will take care of that for you.

    1. I can’t find my email invitation. Your email will be coming from: Verkada and it will be titled: Invitation to join [your company name]

    2. I can’t find my email instructions. Here is a copy of your install instructions:

  2. Plug in your camera

    1. First into the PoE switch, which plugs into the connectivity on site (router, hardline, opt-connect, etc.), and the camera will power on.

  3. Download the Verkada App

    Android: Verkada Command - Apps on Google Play

    iOS: Verkada Command - App Store (apple.com)

  4. Log into the Verkada App

    1. Register your camera on the Verkada mobile app (instructions can be found in the installation guide here). We recommend registering the camera before you mount it to ensure easy troubleshooting.
