• Please accept the Verkada account invite in your email (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • Do not create a new Verkada account. We will take care of that for you.
  • Always give us access to your Verkada sites. It will help us review thefts.

1. You'll essentially be able to plug the camera into the PoE switch, which plugs into the connectivity on site (router, hardline, optconnect, etc.), and the camera will power on.

2. You then register the camera on the Verkada mobile app (instructions can be found in the attached installation guide). We recommend registering the camera before you mount it to ensure easy troubleshooting.
