If micro-market is hardwired to the facility’s internet, please ensure that you are provided a raw/open internet connection. If this is not the case, please be informed that the facility will need to have the same ports open (please see port requirements below).
Note: Rhombus Cameras will not work with an Avanti Cradlepoint (a brand of mobile hotspot)
If the kiosk/router is from 365, please contact 365 to specifically open the port the camera/PoE-Switch is plugged into. If more port information is needed see below:
